      i like the way they say "to establish a presence there"

      wonder what that means... are they going to stay in HDB flats and start erecting ERp gantries on the runways?  hahaha

      pls lah what it means is that the training will take few years. The community expect them to welcome their presence as a good host. They will be part of the community. had nothing to do with HDB...

      I wish the RSAF contingent and their families the best of luck in their deployment to Mountain Home AFB. One major challenge for them might be acclimating to the weather there, as winters in Idaho can be rather severe.
