They recorded down what time you open and close, just so that they can bring you to court cos you agreed to open between 11am and 9pm daily on the contract.

Even better, they make you pay 3 years' rental if you want to quit, and you can only quit if they have found another scapegoat to take over your place. An all-win situation for SMRT, I must say.

After Raffles Xchange and Dhoby Xchange, Tanjong Xchange is coming up as well. Shops have already been created at the concourse level (interiors being fitted out with electrical and airconditioning ducts), while at the level between the concourse and the street level heavy construction still going on (walls being torn down and rebuilt).
The ceiling panels at the concourse level have partially been changed to the newer more modern looking panels.
