Im not very sure where to get compressed air, uy can try hardware shops to ask around
i feel that buying compresses air is redundant, as the dust can be easily cleaned off using a brush that children use to draw with, get those with a 'stronger' brush at the front
i use it to clean off dust from the circuit boards, and the thin structure of the brush body manages to squeeze into narrower space between the fan and heatsink

If you absolutely have to use a paint brush to remove the dust, use a small one. Otherwise, you may risk zapping your motherboard to death with static electricity.

I flush my heatsink under running water.

Folks wanting to do this should always remember to remove the fan first.

Not forgetting heatsink grease to spread over the processor before attaching the heatsink.
