    • too much soy will cause trouble to both ladies and men in the long run because of the high levels of phyto-estrogen in it...

it causes a hormonal imbalance in the body which has been linked to infertility in men and breast cancer in women...

however, moderate amounts is good.. just don't use it as your main source of protein

      Some advice for non-meat eaters.
Protein can be gotten from nuts and seeds, so lots of western vegans include seeds and nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds.

      Also, soy products and beans.

A good way to include protein is to have flaxseed oil and include servings of these nuts.
I think a good way to include it is to have foods like chickpea salads and curries, indian lentil curries, lentil puffs, etc etc.

Am a vegetarian in the making, but haven't shaken off meat completely. icon_confused.gif
