No matter what our neighbouring countries may have said about the movie featuring Schindler during WWII, I felt touched by it. I wouldn't boast that I have lived through any war, but it comes to show the madness and futility of war.
Judge someone by their character, not by their creed, colour or religion.

Yes, combat flight simulation games with hydraulic seats can be found at most arcades here in sg. usually cost about $5 a game. But it ends quite fast, and there goes the money.
And since most of us here do not have access to those real flight simulation thingies that SIA use, the next best thing is to play on a PC.
Any die-hard flight simulation fan would like to recommend a civilian as well as military flight simulation PC games? Also do u have the full set up like joystick, throttle and rudder pedals?

Any fans of flight simulation games for PC here? Which ones are your favourites?
Do you all use a joystick? Wouldn't make much sense to use keyboard and mouse for this sort of games.
How many of you are the more serious types to get a joystick as well as the throttle controller? Saw at SLS, joysticks that are exact replicas of those found on the F16 + the throttle controller to be about $500.

Nostalgic topic indeed

I remembered, when younger, a very long long time ago, I used to have 'family' of pillows and bolsters. They had names and they could 'talk' too
. They were my imaginary friends.Cried my eyes out when one day after coming back from school, I discovered my favourite was kidnapped and promptly discarded by my mother. Too dirty with the cotton stuffings falling out.
And over the years, I just grew out of them all. Sigh childhood days...

Ehhh, sorry empty post. Still unfamiliar with this new format.
But to reply mayi:
Yup, using a cable modem but from Pacific Internet. Started with PI way before Starhub joined the market. Mine's 20 hours free per month. But I am willing to switch to Starhub even though with slightly lower bandwidth and unlimited use. Too bad I'm still stuck with PI's contract.

As for price difference, quite frankly, not all will agree with it. Speed wise, it's a great improvement, but only if you are not on the Internet. This means if you are sharing files within your home network (say transferring files from your laptop to your PC), the increase in speed will help. Internet bandwidth, on the hand is determined by the ISP. Having such a great speed is thus wasted.
Range wise, it has also been improved. Wireless signals will no longer be as weak if you are too far from the router (but that doesn't mean you can go too far away from the router). You no longer need extra range booster to boost the range.
But as technology improves... it will seem like buying now is not worth it... just like when wireless first came out... it was darn expensive. Now? Not so.
Some will say these improvements will be worth the price, some will say not...
I don't recommend Linksys at all, especially the Wireless G routers. With each newer firmware upgrade, more and more problems are introduced. I suggest you go for others.
By the way, need you to clarify something. Since you say you are using cable modem, I assume that you are a Starhub user? If so, yes, the product that you are looking at is compatible with Starhub cable modems.
